Sound Healing
Individual & Group Sessions
Sound Baths - Echoes of soothing sounds from various instruments such as Tibetan bowls, crystal singing bowls and gongs gives the client an immersive, relaxing session and leads them into deep meditative state allowing them to de-stress, re-energize and cleanse by putting the body into the parasympathetic state which turns off your ‘fight or flight’ reflex. It can help with stress, anxiety, tension, headaches, depression and pain management. The session lasts for 1 hour and the vibrations from the instruments played will resonate with the client at a cellular level allowing any blockages or negative energies to be bathed away from the waves of sound played, helping you physically, spiritually, emotionally and energetically.
Biofield Clearing
In the session which lasts 1 hr you will fully relax and starts with a few of the Tibetan bowls placed on or around the body, then the biofield will be cleared with Chakra tuning forks to create tones corresponding to each of your energy centres or chakras to help to cleanse and re-store balance to your energy field. Research has shown us that as we go through our lives we store magnetic waves within our biofields which is an energy centre that surrounds our bodies. Stored emotions can create different frequency signatures and these signatures can block the flow of energy through the body causing imbalances, these frequencies can be detected using tuning forks which create overtones when passing through the energies, these distortions can be neutralised with the tuning forks to bring harmony and a sense of enlightenment to the client leaving them feeling uplifted and balanced. It helps with stress, anxiety, depression, low mood, pain management, migraines, insomnia.

Light Language
Light language is a vibrational language that uses sound and light to communicate with higher selves and guides. It can also be used to raise vibrations, clear negative energies, and heal the body and soul. It is a form of channeled energy that comes through to talk to you at a soul level and offers you a way to elevate your consciousness.
This session will take you into a state of relaxation and combines healing and frequency to bring your body into a state of activation and knowing. Our subconscious minds know more than our conscious minds do as our ego can get in the way, Light Language is a form of frequency which can talk to you at a soul level bypassing any preconceived conceptions and beliefs you may have which can unblock and release many old traumas from past and present lives. Light Language is a frequency of pure love and light and the frequency that comes through will be the frequency that you need to learn and grow at a soul level.

Reiki is a safe, gentle, non-invasive form of natural hands-on, energy-based healing. It promotes relaxation, stress reduction and symptom relief to improve overall health and wellbeing helping to re-balance the chakras and release emotional and energetic blockages. It is used to help many things such as stress, anxiety, insomnia, pain management.

Sound baths are becoming increasing popular with companies who want to give their staff a relaxing, energizing and de-stressing experience and can help to improve focus, boost confidence and self- esteem, relieve stress and anxiety and strengthen the immune system. In the fast pace lives that we all seem to lead, there needs to be a chance to re-charge our batteries and switch off from the everyday treadmill of life, even in a workplace. In a 2020 research review that analysed four studies, improvements in distressed mood, tension, anger and confusion were seen in study participants after a sound bath with Tibetan singing bowls. Whether you choose to include sound baths as a regular offering or as a one off, employees will benefit greatly from them.
Why sound? What can it do for our health?
We all know that when we hear our favourite tune played on the radio we are instantly put into a happier state of mind, we may turn it up or even dance around the room! Can sound make us feel better?
Sound is one of the fastest ways to change our energy fields and this is because our bodies are made up from approximately 70% water and sound travels four times as fast through water than air so it can have a great effect on us very quickly. The vibrations from the bowls and gong can actually penetrate into our cells and can cleanse our bodies of built-up toxins and stored negative energies in our organs, muscles and tissues, we can also see the importance and benefits of sound on our physical and nervous systems.
Sound therapy works with our bodies on two different levels, firstly we have the meditative level where the different sounds that are played affects the state of consciousness in our brains, the Theta state, these are the strongest brainwaves for change such as destructive beliefs and self-doubt and support the balancing and relaxation of our brains to help anxiety, stress, and to boost the immune system and restore mental harmony. Secondly it has a physical affect on us, our bodies are made up from cells and these cells in our bodies are all constantly vibrating, by using sound and vibration from many different instruments such as Tibetan bowls, crystal singing bowls and gongs we can penetrate the cells in our bodies and reset them to get rid of any blockages that may have built up over time, for example a vacuum can work beautifully when emptied regularly and the filters cleaned but if left to build up it stops working as well, it is the same for our bodies.
Numerous scientific studies have shown that sound therapy activates the parasympathetic nervous system which controls our state of relaxation to leave the body in a higher vibration than before, it is shown to help with stress, anxiety, headaches, decreases heart rate and blood pressure, removes toxins, improves sleep, strengthens the immune system and can even help with pain management by tapping into the sensory pathways.
